Craig Williamson
Managing Director Craig has 34 years’ insurance experience; back in 1986 he seized the opportunity to form his own brokerage in his local town. Craig has a great deal of experience in agricultural insurance and can help with all of any farm or commercial insurance enquiries you might have.
"When I am away from work I enjoy watching football and playing golf. I played a lot of golf at one time but it took a back seat from 2008 to 2015 when I was Chairman of our local football club, Gretna FC 2008. I will hopefully get more time now to regain my golf handicap and return to the 19th hole."
Nicola Williamson
Nicola initially joined the team as a Trainee Account Handler in 2008. In December 2011, Nicola – who currently holds a Cert CII qualification and is studying towards a Diploma in Insurance (Dip) CII – was appointed Company Director. Nicola mainly deals with the operations and finance of the business, staff training and company compliance as well as having experience in both personal and commercial insurance sectors.

New to the team, Ariadne has joined CSW as an Insurance Account Executive in February 2022, focusing on commercial business insurance. Having lived in London for 4 years, Ariadne has built up a wealth of corporate experience, now returning home to Dumfries and Galloway to build her career.

Kari joined the CSW team in May 2017 and has experience in all personal insurances as well as small/medium business insurance. Kari is friendly and knowledgeable and will do her utmost to help with any query!

Angela joined the CSW team in November 2020 with over 6 years' experience in commercial insurance. Angela can assist with a variety of commercial products such as haulage, fleet, liability insurance, farm insurance, commercial motor and more.

Having joined the CSW team in March 2021, Shirley is our go-to person for personal lines insurance products including all private motor and household solutions.
Stuart Hookway
Insurance Account Handler
Stuart joined CSW in April 2022, taking the leap into the family business to join wife, Nicola. New to insurance, Stuart is developing his knowledge in personal lines insurance, dealing with both car and household renewals and will be training on Agricultural Insurance during 2023.
Wendy Williamson
In March 2008, Wendy Williamson joined CSW as Company Administrator. Wendy uses her 30 years’ administrative experience to ensure the smooth running of CSW on a daily basis, and helps to put clients in contact with the most relevant insurance professional to help with their query.
